Library Technology

There is no cost for scanning to email or USB.  On the copier, press  (the copier "home" icon) to find scan functions.

Respect Copyright

Library patrons are expected to respect copyright and intellectual property rights. To check if a certain usage complies with applicable laws, see the Fair Usage Checklist and the official copyright website.

Troubleshooting

Copiers may generate files too large to be sent or received via email.  Gmail and Yahoo have 25MB attachment limits.  If you do not receive your scan, rescan

  • in monochrome or grayscale instead of color
  • reducing the scan resolution (300dpi is usually recommended for electronic readers)
  • to a USB drive instead of email
