This authoritative edition publishes all the Dead Sea Scrolls in 40 volumes. Each volume includes transcriptions, a thorough description of the contents and physical aspects of the manuscripts, as well as pictures of manuscripts. These volumes are located in the library reference room on the first floor.
The Dead Sea Scrolls Electronic Library presents a complete Hebrew transcription and English translation of the Biblical texts, together with high-resolution images. The contents of this online publication is identical to that of the Dead Sea Scrolls Electronic Library Biblical Texts CD-ROM, published by Brill and Brigham Young University but its interface is adapted to Brill's online platform for reference works.
As Ulrich states in the preface, "The purpose of this collection is to provide a handy compendium of all the biblical Qumran scrolls … The transcriptions and variants are for the most part identical to those in the editiones principes published in DJD..." The transcriptions are ordered canonically.
From his own vast library of Hebrew manuscripts, De Rossi supplemented the work of Kennicott. For more information on the history of their work see the first chapter of Dominique Barthélemy's Studies in the Text of the Old Testament.
The library copy of De Rossi's work has all five volumes bound into two. All five volumes are available on Google books. Here is a link to one volume; the others can be found on the same page under the "Related books" section.
